The intent of the Reporter, which has been published since 1988, is to provide civil service and human resources directors, civil service commissioners, police and fire chiefs, other city administrators, employee organizations, legal advisers and attorneys, with both a research source and a practical working tool in the administration of Chapter 143 and related laws, including Chapter 614’s Notice Requirements.
